“We use Glustitch as our first option for epidermal wound closure on the trunk. If a wound is under no tension on the face and extremities (as in a lipoma removal), we also frequently use Glustitch. We like that it eliminates the suture marks that come from leaving superficial sutures in for the 10-14 days typical of superficial sutures. Our patients are always excited to have their scars minimized by eliminating the superficial sutures. “
